ZellChip's technology relates to a biomicrofluidic device comprising fluid ports, fluid channels, and particle retention structures. Reagents and particles can be delivered to the microfluidic device through the fluid ports and the fluid channels. The technology also relates to methods of using the biomicrofluidic device to separate a single-cell from a group of cells, to culture a cell, to monitor, observe, measure, or record a biological parameter of a single-cell.       - Measure the MDR reversal of patient cells due to well-known P-gp inhibitors such as cyclosporine A

      - Perform real-time correction for background fluctuations due to reagent switching
